Today I have my own business and I’m living my life purpose helping to motivate you to be the best that you can be. I am a professionally trained and certified career transition coach, a performance development and leadership coach and a life coach. Most importantly, I am a passionate and enthusiastic champion to help you achieve your business and personal aspirations.
In a nutshell, I am a determined and sassy Bluenoser (someone from Nova Scotia, Canada) currently living in beautiful Switzerland after having reinvented myself professionally so many times, I can relate through personal experience where you maybe today.
Always passionate about random and unconnected things like writing, equality for women in life and in business, dignity and respect of all human beings, feeding my friends and family, spirituality, fitness and fashion, my approach is always one of curiosity.
My early career started with quality companies such as Xerox and Eli Lilly in sales and focusing on having delighted customers. Executive Search (head-hunting) and Outplacement propelled me into what I am passionate about doing today; supporting clients to get what they want out of life.
With years of experience working with companies across Europe to find the best candidates for jobs as an Executive Search Consultant, I have had the opportunity to coach many candidates to build strong CV’s and to be powerful and effective in interviews.
Honouring my values of professionalism and integrity, I obtained Professional Coaching designation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) by following a rigorous coaching program through the oldest and most established coach training program in the world; The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
I continue to study and further my professional designation to be better able to serve you, my clients.
This profession of coaching, in fact found me. Since as as long as I can remember, colleagues, friends and family have always trusted me with their smallest and biggest problems. In turn, I have been rewarded with deep satisfaction in listening, supporting and helping these people find their own solutions to whatever the situation.
